New addiction clinic in Sudbury helping northerners

HSN says its Rapid Access Addictions Medicine Clinic is proving effective for northerners. The RAAM clinic helps people dealing with issues like alcohol or opioid treatment, offering services to help curb cravings and withdrawals.

The North East LHIN also pitched in funding for the facilities which offer greater resources to northern residents closer to home. It’s part of a provincial program which makes HSN in Sudbury the 7th hospital to launch the program.
