Police say the arrest of two men from Lively has cracked a ring in the Chapleau area where at least 13 homes were broken into and robbed. The pair, are looking at eight counts each of break and enter and four counts each of mischief under $5,000. Police found both men riding a yellow ATV when a homeowner saw one of the break-ins in progress and called 9-1-1.
