OPP in Espanola couldn’t catch the driver of an ATV who they were trying to determine was sober enough to drive. Police saw the all-terrain vehicle on Lee Valley Road and when they put their lights on for the driver to stop, he sped away. The driver was too fast for police and they couldn’t get a description of the vehicle.
