The elderly man who was found unresponsive outside his home on Paris Street in Sudbury on Christmas Eve did not die under suspicious circumstances. Sudbury police have ruled out foul play after further looking into the case. The 77-year-old man was found just before noon outside his home on Thursday. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police are not releasing his name out of respect for the family.
