Sudbury police have charged a teenager in connection with a shooting this past Monday in Chelmsford. The teen shot a man in the leg then disappeared prompting a manhunt. However the 18-year-old showed up at Sudbury police headquarters Friday morning and turned himself in. He’s charged with several offenses including attempted murder using a firearm. The suspect knew the victim who was treated and released for his leg wound.
