A domestic violence incident has turned deadly in North Bay. Police have arrested a man after they found the body of a woman in a North Bay home Monday afternoon. Both the man and woman are 39. Police say the man was in the home when they arrived. They’re still investigating and although no charges have been laid, police add foul play is suspected.
