In an effort to minimize traffic hazards, No Parking signs have gone up on Highway 17 in Baldwin Township. The area in question is on the south side of the roadway in front of Rainbow Chrysler. That area is very busy because it’s right next to Highway 6 where traffic from Espanola and Manitoulin is coming on to the Trans Canada. OPP will be patrolling the area to make sure motorists are not parked or stopped in that area. If they catch you, expect a $110 ticket and two demerit points on your license.
