Charges laid after cemetery monuments damaged

Three weeks after cemetery monuments were damaged in the Thessalon area, police have made an arrest.  The East Algoma detachment has charged a 14-year-old with two counts of mischief over $5,000.   The monuments were severely damaged in back-to-back nights at the Little Rapids Cemetery.  The damage was well into the thousands.  The teen is from Aberdeen Township.
