Food drives make up a large component of what students are doing in Rainbow schools before the Christmas break. At Walden Public School, the youngsters have been bringing food to school on a regular basis and next Monday they have a Christmas concert where admission is a non-perishable food item. Non-perishable food also gets you into the Christmas concert being put on by students at Central Manitoulin Public School next Wednesday. And a food drive at Walden Public School is now in its second week.
