A resident, Suzanne Miron, says a Barrie man has contacted her in the hopes of identifying a wood carver from the local area.
Miron, who knows many artists due to her volunteer work with the LaCloche Art Show, says, Vince, a musician and teacher in Barrie, purchased some wood carvings years ago.
He recalls buying them from an older gentleman at a studio in the Whitefish Falls.
Miron says she reached out to The Moose for some assistance.
