The Wynne Liberals have done something no other Ontario government has done and that`s bill a company following an oil spill. The government has sent CN Rail a bill for $350,000 as its share of the cost to clean up two derailments near Gogama this year. The province cleaned up the affected areas which in one case involved one million gallons of oil escaping from tanker cars. CN is going over the invoice but isn`t saying anything about paying or not.
