Fourth Annual Homelessness Challenge set for Elliot Lake

Ever wonder what it is like living on the streets when it is cold outside and there is no help to be found?
The Fourth Annual Homelessness Challenge in Elliot Lake is the opportunity for the public to live the experience for four days and three nights.
The challenge takes place from Thursday, October 23rd to Sunday, October 26th.
Sponsored by the Moose 94.1 – CKNR and organized by Elliot Lake’s Women Group, the public can raise funds or obtain pledges to assist the women and men’s shelters in the city.
Participants will be able to take in the challenge at 1 College Place, the parking lot at the Grace Christian Centre in Elliot Lake.
