Anti-fraud presentations in March for Espanola and Manitoulin – Fraud Prevention Month

March is Fraud Prevention Month across Canada and to help increase awareness, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre will be offering sessions in the area.
The centre says they’re hosting the sessions in partnership with Cambrian College, and attendees are being asked to pre-register.
They will take place in the Cambrian College campus in Little Current on March 24 at 11:00 am, later the same evening at the Massey Legion, 6 pm, and at the Espanola Legion in Espanola the next morning at 10:00.
Officials say fraud can be the cause of devastating loss and is becoming more sophisticated, complex and difficult to detect.
The registration links are on our websites.
They will take place in the Cambrian College campus at 7 Water Street in Little Current on Monday, March 24 at 11:00 am, later the same evening at the Massey Legion at 320 Imperial Street in Massey: at 6:00 pm and at the Espanola Legion in Espanola the next morning, March 25 at 10:00 am.
