Manitoulin OPP and Wiikwemkoong Tribal Police say the search for 33-year-old Adrian (Gabe) Jacko has ended tragically with him being found deceased Friday afternoon.
According to tribal police, he was reported missing last Tuesday, shortly after 2:00 p.m.
A postmortem will be held, and the investigation continues.
Chief Rachel Manitowabi extends her condolences to the family and the wider community.
She adds counselling services are available to anyone who needs support.
