Advance federal election polling begins

Advance voting is now underway in Algoma Manitoulin Kapuskasing.  Because the riding is so large, Elections Canada has created quite a few outlets where people can vote early.  In Elliot Lake, advance voting is at the former White Mountain Academy of the Arts building and it’s at the community centre in Blind River.  Espanola residents can vote at the Seniors’ Drop-in Centre and in Massey early voting is at the Legion.  Manitoulin has three sites:  they are the Little Current Recreation Centre, Mindemoya Municipal Complex and Gore Bay Municipal Centre.   Advance voting continues right into Thanksgiving Monday and runs from noon to 8:00pm each day.
