Heart of Gold Radiothon Today

CJJM -99.3 FM in Espanola is hosting a radiothon today to raise funds for the Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer.

The fundraiser will assist some 200 children and their families throughout Northern Ontario, including several in the local area including Elliot Lake, the North Shore corridor, Espanola, and Manitoulin Island.

Donors are invited to drop by the studio at 90 Gray Street between the hours of 7 am and 2 pm.

Monies go towards the 23 various programs offered by the NOFCC assisting families with medical supplies not covered by any government program, accommodations, meals, gas and supportive services.

Donations and/or pledges can be made online through the Canada Helps – Heart of Gold link, via etransfer, by phone, or in person at the studio.
