The Royal Canadian Sea Cadets 348 Manitoulin Island Corps is preparing for its Corps’ Annual Review ceremonies.
Rick McCutcheon with the Manitoulin Navy League says the corps has weathered the pandemic and are now back to regular strength meeting on a regular basis and volunteering their services to many community events.
He says the formal ceremony is being celebrated for the 19th year and will be held on Saturday, May 27th at Manitoulin Secondary School.
McCutcheon adds the public is invited to attend in formal dress to see the members on parade being led by Reviewing Officer Roy Eaton and the presentation of awards.
Seating by 2:15 pm, ceremonial start at 2:30 pm.
