Espanola High School Spartan women’s hockey players come home as silver medalists and in the top ten-point earners from a provincial tournament.
Three members of the Spartans women’s hockey team, Nyssa, KC and Precious participated in the Mushkegowuk Cup in Timmins this past weekend.
The three played for the Fort Albany U18 girl’s team and were undefeated in round-robin play, losing a close game to Moose Cree in the championship.
