The Espanola Hospital Foundation has teamed up with our station Moose 99.3FM-CJJM to host the annual radiothon today.
Terri Noble, hospital publicist says volunteers will have bedpans in hand and help bag groceries at Tanner’s Your Independent Grocers.
She adds pledges are also welcome either in person, by phone or dropping by the radio station at 90 Gray Street.
Noble says so far $29,000 has been raised for the campaign to raise $90,000 for two vital pieces of equipment for the lab.
