The Manitoulin Health Centre has welcomed a new nurse manager to oversee services at their two sites.
Chief Nursing Officer, Paula Ferguson says Jennifer Patchett has joined as one of their Nurse Managers.
She says Patchett joined the team this week bringing many years of Acute Care experience from Health Sciences North in Sudbury and most recently, as a Program Manager with Public Health Sudbury and Districts.
Ferguson says she will be responsible for inpatients, including obstetrics and hospice, visiting specialist clinics and medical device reprocessing at both sites in Mindemoya and Little Current.
