Pitch competition applications now open for Algoma District entrepreneurs

If you live in the Algoma District and are planning to start a new business or want to build on your present one, a competition could provide funding to see those ideas through.

Jessica Maione, the Sault Ste. Marie Economic Development Officer, says the city’s annual Bridges to Better Business Pitch Competition wants to hear your business ideas and is now open to both new and existing businesses.

Hosted by the Millworks – Centre for Entrepreneurship, she adds the competition is an annual forum uniting local professionals through a session of learning and networking.

Entrepreneurs who are looking to start or to grow their business must apply by Monday, August 22nd.
