Manitoulin OPP has arrested and charged the driver in relation to a fatal single motor vehicle collision that occurred north of Webbwood.
Constable Tessa Kasch says on June 4th around nine pm, officers and emergency services responded to a single-vehicle collision where a vehicle had rolled, and the passenger ejected.
She says the passenger, 24-year-old Jordan Anstey of Espanola was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Kasch adds a 25-year-old man from Mindemoya has been charged with dangerous operation causing death and is to appear in Espanola court in September.
