A new trustee has been selected to fill a vacant trustee position in Sudbury with the Conseil scolaire catholique Nouvelon.
Board president Suzanne Salituri says trustees selected Monique Aubin-Gagne to represent Greater Sudbury Zone 5 until the elections take place in October.
She says Aubin-Gagne has worked with the board for some 26 years having experience as a teacher and principal.
Salituri adds she was selected following the passing of long-time trustee Andre Bidal in late March.
