Moose 94.1 FM in Elliot Lake is hosting a radiothon later this week to help raise funds for the Society for Animals in Distress, also known as SAD.
Not only does the organization run a shelter, but they will also help rehome animals, spay and neuter pets, as well as provide doggy daycare and other pet-related services.
The radiothon helps to fund the shelter and the various programs it offers.
The radiothon will be held this Friday from six am to noon and donations can be made at the studio or the shelter, via phone or at Deby’s Pet World.
