You might want to hold off on filling up on gas.
Gas prices across much of Ontario are set to drop by as much as 13 cents a liter to an average of 196.9.
That’s according to President of Canadians for Affordable Energy Dan McTeague who says unease of global markets over a potential recession is behind the drop.
He says that’s as good as it will get over the summer and that’s bad news for drivers.
The average price for gasoline across Canada surpassed the two-dollar-a-liter mark for the first time earlier this week.
