Espanola landowner looking for investors in senior and disability housing

An Espanola man is looking for a partner to invest in a large piece of property to develop it into multi-housing for both seniors and those on disability.

George Wade says Phase three is set to go at the south end of Espanola if there is an investor wanting to buy the five acres of property, which is multi-zoned from R1 to R3, meaning various types of housing can be built on it.

Wade says he will not sell unless they guarantee they will build multi-units geared specifically to seniors and people on disability.

Wade stresses there is a severe shortage and a strong need for affordable housing in Espanola.

For more information, call Wade at 705-583-2192 or via email at: [email protected]
