School tours begin on Espanola trail system …

The Black Creek Sno-Shoe Trail has begun tours of the trail with local schools.

Volunteer Dennis Lendrum says students from La Renaissance Secondary School met at the site with representatives of Whitefish River First Nation.

The students also took in the trail and helped with some site cleanup.

Lendrum says any schools wishing to bring their students out for a tour are invited to contact him directly to make the booking via the site on Facebook.
