The Rainbow District School Board Student Senate will host the Learn to Lead Conference, a full-day in-person event in Sudbury.
Student trustee Michael Yao says the conference will be held on Thursday, May 5th with students from all Rainbow secondary schools including Espanola High and Manitoulin Secondary gathering at the Cambrian College Amphitheatre.
Yao says the focus is to showcase leadership opportunities available to students with a keynote address from Hall of Famer Sunjay Nath at 10 am, a motivational speaker from Toronto.
Following the keynote address, he adds participants will engage in breakout sessions led by members of the Student Senate.
