School hosting an open house

Parents wishing to register their child in a full-time French-language Kindergarten program are invited to discover École catholique Georges Vanier in Elliot Lake during its Open House.

Board communication director Paul de la Riva says the open house, the first in two years, will be held on tomorrow evening at 6 pm.

He says during the open house, children and their parents will be able to visit the junior and senior kindergarten classrooms and meet the preschool teaching team.

He adds the children will be treated to a variety of arts and craft activities, colouring, construction as well as technology activities on iPads.

De la Riva adds École catholique Georges Vanier is located at 140 Hillside Avenue North in Elliot Lake.

For more information, call École catholique Georges Vanier at 705-848-2272.
