East Algoma OPP was called to Central Algoma Secondary School in Desbarats to investigate a confrontation between two students.
Constable Bev Gauthier says officers attended the school on Monday afternoon. She says a student allegedly elbowed and slammed another student’s head against a locker.
As a result, she says a student from Thessalon was charged with assault and is to appear in Elliot Lake court on May 13th.
