Cambrian College achieved its best year ever in applied research.
Cambrian Director Mike Commito says for the 10th year in a row, Cambrian has made the list of Canada’s top 50 research colleges, according to Re$earch Infosource, which ranks colleges according to research activity and funding.
He adds in the latest rankings, Cambrian placed 18th overall in Canada, its highest position to
Date and reached a new goal, with $5.56 million dollars in research income earned.
Commito says nationally, Cambrian also ranks third among medium-sized colleges for the number of
paid student researchers, with 109.
