The board of governors with the NOJHL has made it official. It’s brought back Robert Mazzuca as league commissioner. Mazzuca quit as commish last month but the board agreed to reinstate him after the league adopted a new business model. The model includes creating an executive committee which oversees day-to-day operations and can make policy recommendations. The move is expected to ease concerns about who-does-what.
