Ontario reports over 20 new COVID-19 deaths, close to 300 more patients being treated

Over 20 new deaths from COVID-19 are being reported in Ontario.

The province reported 23 new deaths on Monday.

One of the deaths happened a month ago and was added because of a data cleanup.

There are 292 more people in the hospital since Sunday.

One more patient is in intensive care across the province.

8,521 new cases were added today but officials warn the number of infections is likely much higher because the general population does not have access to PCR testing.
