Charges laid in forcible confinement case

Sudbury police have arrested four men and a woman after a 30-year-old man was forcibly confined in a home. The man was hit with bear spray and assaulted with an edged weapon but got away.   He was getting hospital treatment so didn’t have a chance to call police right away.  Charges against the five include possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, robbery and aggravated assault.
