Centre Street in Espanola will soon be home to a four-unit apartment building. The complex will be located at 417 Centre. If the address sounds familiar, it’s because the building is the former First Run Video shop. Council held a public meeting last week to let the public have its say on the proposal before going ahead with its own vote. Work is expected to begin in a few weeks.
