Espanola Town Clerk Joseph Burke says the pandemic and the new way of doing business does not make it easy to get the word out when it comes to bylaws introduced by the town.
Burke says not everyone accesses a computer or to the Zoom meetings hosted by council, so to inform the wider public, he is distributing a quarterly report.
He released his first review yesterday focusing on the new trailer bylaw and winter parking regulations.
The reports will be distributed to local media and is available on the town site at www.espanola.ca
