If you want to live longer, drink more coffee! Studies come out every year, claiming caffeine consumption can lead to a healthier life.
The latest study claims that moderate caffeine consumption (2-3 cups of coffee or 4-5 cups of tea per day) will lower your risk of dementia and stroke.
If this is true… if caffeine is truly a life-prolonging drug, then it needs an infomercial.
