A long-time Espanola resident is leaving the community. Jo-anne Laframbois is heading south to be closer to family members. Laframbois has been a major force in Espanola in the volunteer department. For 20 years she`s helped many groups in town including the St. George Anglican Church, the Friends of the Library and the Espanola Legion. A turkey dinner is being held in her honour next Tuesday.
