2021_11_24 Your Christmas plans might be ruined

I hate being the bearer of bad news, but your Christmas vacation plans might be ruined.
We got the awful news yesterday that Sunwing is cancelling all winter getaways from Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie and North Bay to Cuba and Dominican Republic.
What bugged me was in their statement, Sunwing said, “but you still have service in Thunder Bay” as if it’s just the town next over!
If you’re looking for a solution to this awful situation, instead of sprinkling sand on the ice this year, throw some in the bathtub, draw a bath and pretend you’re in the Caribbean!
