It was the right place at the right time for East Algoma OPP. An officer stopped a car driving through Blind River for a traffic stop and hit the jackpot. Inside the vehicle were drugs and equipment to make credit cards. A man and woman now face numerous credit-card related charges including possession of property obtained by crime. They`re also charged with theft and fraud over five thousand dollars and drug possession for the purpose of trafficking.   Both are 28 and from Laval, Quebec.
