Driver in fatal Highway 69 crash identified

OPP have identified the driver of an SUV who died on Highway 69 this week.  Forty-six-year old Jim Norton was northbound when he crossed the centre line and crashed into an approaching motorhome on Wednesday.  Norton, who lived near Ignace in Northwestern Ontario, died at the scene.  A passenger in his SUV was treated for non-life threatening injuries.  In addition, a truck that was behind the motorhome crashed into the guard rails because of the debris on the highway.  The truck driver was treated for his injuries.
