Hospital cutbacks hurt north more than south

A study shows Northern Ontario residents are feeling the pinch of hospital cutbacks a lot more than their Southern Ontario cousins.  The study called `Pushed Out of Northern Hospitals`, was commissioned by the Ontario Council of Hospitals.  One reason for the lopsided difference is because the north sees more chronic medical conditions like diabetes.  The council says the Wynne Liberals can reverse this trend by stop shutting down acute care beds and start giving hospitals more money.
