There`s a public meeting in Espanola next Tuesday to discuss re-zoning the former First Run Video store into an apartment complex. The proposal calls for renovating the existing site so it can house four apartment units. The meeting is at the Recreation Complex and people can argue for or against the re-zoning. The special meeting begins at 7:30 p.m.
