The Town of Espanola is reviewing its by-law on off-road vehicles. The review is to ensure local laws conform with new provincial legislation. Clerk –administrator Cynthia Townsend says the change will happen pretty fast. Staff is now reviewing what needs updating in the current by-law with the goal of bringing a revised proposal to council next month.
