Normally someone getting dinged with impaired doesn`t make the news. But someone driving a snowmobile in the heart of downtown Thessalon during the summer gets noticed. And that`s exactly what an officer with the East Algoma OPP saw Saturday afternoon. After stopping the snowmobile rider, the officer charged him with several offenses including impaired and driving without a license. The accused is a 24-year-old resident of Thessalon.
