Algoma Public Health is reporting 13 new cases of COVID19 all from Sault Ste. Marie and area following a hockey game.
Public health is advising anyone who attended or worked the Soo Greyhound game on Friday, November 5th at the GFL Memorial Gardens, of a potential low-risk exposure to COVID-19.
Any individual who was present is asked to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 for 10 days, self-isolate immediately if symptoms develop and seek testing if symptoms occur.
The agency has 68 active cases at this time, most in the city area, with two individuals in hospital.
