In a new endeavour, the Toronto Dominion Bank in Espanola is lending its support to the Espanola Regional Hospital Foundation to help with funding.
Foundation public relations coordinator Terri Noble says staff at the TD has set up tip jars at their stations and are going to be collecting donations to go towards the x-ray suite renovation at the hospital.
She adds the x-ray suite was a major renovation for the hospital at a cost of $550,000 with about $100,000 of the cost covered so far.
Noble says the Tip the Teller is just one of the innovative ways the company is continuing to support the project.
