Police investigating theft from work vehicle

 

 

Police in Espanola are investigating a theft from a company vehicle.  Officers got a complaint on March 23rd from a Syroid Street saying that someone went into a work vehicle overnight and stole two Ipods; a Blackberry phone charger; and tools including an 18 volt Dewalt Drill, a Dewalt Hammer Drill, a Milwaukee Hammer Drill, and various Hilti drill bits in plastic cases.  Further, two collector coins described as a 1907 silver .50-cent coin, and a 2009 Men’s Hockey coloured raised commemorative coin were also taken.  The value of all the stolen items is estimated at $2530.  Anyone with information into this theft is asked to call the Espanola Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
