For the past seven years, Rainbow Schools have helped make winter a little warmer through the Winter Clothing Drive in support of Our Children, Our Future.
Communication director Nicole Charette says due to COVID-19, the annual gently used winter clothing collection looks a little different this year.
Donors are invited to drop off cleaned and bagged winter items to any of Greater Sudbury’s four Canadian Tire locations.
Espanola area schools will also be collecting items as well with the final collection day being October 16th.
She adds the clothing will then be redistributed by Our Children, Our Future, and other agencies within the Greater Sudbury and Espanola communities.
