Highway 17 is open in both directions this morning following a collision near Nairn Centre late yesterday afternoon.
No details have been released by OPP as to the collision, but the highway was shut down shortly after 3 pm.
The collision took place near the Old Nairn Road into the mill and witnesses say there was debris strewn across the highway.
The Ornge helicopter also flew to the scene.
The cleanup took several hours with the highway reopening late in the evening.
An update is expected later today.
